Beta Terms
These terms apply when you create or use a Join My Party beta account. The beta is a developing social coordination service, not an emergency, background-check, transportation, childcare, or event-guarantee service.
Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. By accepting them, you also agree to follow the current Community Standards and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. One person may not impersonate another person, evade an account restriction, or provide access to their account.
Beta scope
Features, availability, Parties, Quests, and data may change while the product is tested. We may limit enrollment, pause features, correct or remove demonstration records, or end the beta. Access does not guarantee a match, invitation, attendance, friendship, particular launch market, or future availability.
Your account and information
Keep your account secure and provide information that is accurate enough for other Players to make informed choices. Do not publish precise private locations, access credentials, financial information, or another person's private information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Parties, Quests, and real-world activity
Players and hosts make their own decisions about invitations, attendance, costs, transportation, accessibility, food, substances, equipment, and personal safety. Verify important details directly, meet in an appropriate setting, respect every person's ability to leave, and use emergency services rather than the platform when someone faces immediate danger.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Join My Party a limited permission to store, process, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and evaluate the service. You must have the right to submit it and may not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
Moderation and account action
We may investigate reports and warn, limit, suspend, restore, or remove accounts or content to protect Players, operate the beta, enforce these terms, or meet legal obligations. Reports and enforcement decisions may preserve limited evidence and audit history. You may contact support to ask about an action or appeal it.
Payments
The free beta does not require a subscription. Displayed Party Pro or Community Partner prices may be validation offers until a separate checkout is opened. Any paid purchase will show the price, billing interval, cancellation path, and additional terms before you authorize payment.
No guarantees
The beta is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, identity or background verification, the conduct of another Player, a successful match, or the safety or quality of an activity. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Leaving and changes
You may stop using the service and use the Account Portal to request an export or account deletion, subject to the displayed recovery period and unresolved responsibilities. Material changes to these terms require a new versioned acceptance before protected beta use continues.
