Early Access Privacy Notice
This notice covers the public preview and early-access request. Public account registration remains closed while the broader product privacy program is completed.
Information we collect
The request form collects your email address, selected audience path, city or area, broad activity category, optional organization name, consent record, and limited campaign attribution. Attribution may include campaign tags, a referral code, the referring website host, and the page where you submitted the request.
How we use it
We use this information to plan launch-market supply, invite suitable pilot participants, contact organizer and Community Partner prospects, understand which outreach produces useful participation, and operate the early-access program. We do not sell this information or use it to change Party Sync results.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the public experience and Neon provides managed database storage. These providers process information only to provide infrastructure for Join My Party. Additional providers will be listed before their production activation.
Retention and choices
Inactive early-access leads are reviewed after 12 months and deleted or anonymized unless an active pilot, contract, safety, or legal need requires continued retention. Marketing messages will include an opt-out path. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact privacy@joinmyparty.gg.
Data minimization
The acquisition funnel does not request identity traits, precise location, accessibility details, message content, reports, or payment information. Product analytics records compact event metadata rather than free-text profile or conversation content.
